Our Vision and Values

We cared so much for you that we were pleased to share with you
not only the gospel of God but also our own lives...
1 Thessalonians 2:9 (CSB)
Our Mission:
We desire to see people transformed into the likeness of Christ for the glory of God.

Our Vision:
We strive, by Gods grace, to see this transformation carried out through biblical discipleship.
  • Discipleship: In the works of Mark Dever, “discipling is doing spiritual good to someone so that he or she will be more like Christ.” We desire to multiply disciples who are growing in grace and truth and are equipped to make disciples for God’s glory. (2 Timothy 2:2, Matthew 28:18-20, Ephesians 4:11-16, 1 Thessalonians 2:8)
  • Scripture: The word of God is the foundation of our faith and the standard for our discipleship. We desire to to see disciples transformed by the inerrant Word of God. ( 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12, Romans 12:1-2)
  • Prayer: God speaks to us in his Word, we speak to him through our prayers. We desire to see disciples transformed by corporate and individual prayer: for their community, their church, and the Kingdom. (Hebrews 8:1-2, Romans 8:26-27, James 5:16)
  • Accountability: By opening our lives, the Holy Spirit uses fellow believers to speak the truth to us. Accountability is the recognition that in Christ, members depends upon one another for spiritual vitality. We desire to see disciples  who share one another’s burdens the the pursuit of holiness. (Ephesians 4:25, Galatians 6:1-2, James 5:16)
  • Fellowship: Fellowship is the supernatural and mutual bond between believers, established by our participation in the body and blood of Jesus. We desire to equip who share life together in ways that transcend worldly division and magnify our unity in Christ. (Acts 2:42, Hebrews 10:24-25, 1 John 1:7)
  • Missions and Evangelism: The aim of missions and evangelism is to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, that God may be glorified among the nations. We desire to reproduce disciples who are ready to give an answer for the hope that they have, and are willing to go to the ends of the earth for the sake of the gospel (1 Peter 3:15, Romans 10:14, John 4:35-36)
